Observation Details
The FAQ section houses at least one empty <p> element (class names for reachability: sc-feUZmu ibaGoG).
Paragraphs have an ARIA role paragraph always making them be announced by screen readers. Empty paragraph elements lead to the announcement of "empty group".
Paragraph elements must never be empty.
Remediation Notes
Ideally, creation of empty paragraph elements will technically be prohibited.
Content management however must ensure, not creating empty paragraph elements, not in rich text nor source code editor.
Side note: while this issue is about the found empty paragraph element, there are rare occasions, any element should be empty.
