The navigation and pagination buttons for offer carousels are focused after the carousel content, rendering them a lot less useful to users of keyboard navigation and assistive technology. While the focus order "content → navigation" is not per se a failure of this criterion, it arguably defies the navigation's purpose, to access it after the content.
