Observation Details
All text content should be displayed as actual text to be accessible to assistive technology. Using text content inside graphics makes it inaccessible. The text content in the images cannot be accessed via screen readers. As the graphics also do not have appropriate text alternative (see 1.1.1 Non-text Content), the content is not accessible at all.
Remediation Notes
Ensure, only using textual elements for text content and do not use text in graphics.
If it is absolutely necessary to do so, ensure purpose equivalent text alternatives (see 1.1.1 Non-text Content) are accessible for all informative content of all images.
