Visually presented and logical order is

  1. main heading "Internet of Things – Für die Liebsten nur das Beste" followed by

  2. the question "Was ist IoT?".

Text content order in DOM and accessibility tree however is reversed.

Side note: Visual main heading also does not use semantic HTML heading; see observation for 1.3.1 Info and Relationships.

Remediation Notes

Visually presented order should follow the order in code markup. Ensure, the (presented) main heading "Internet of Things ..." is placed before the section "Was ist IoT?" in code markup.
