Focusing an FAQ item via keyboard changes its background color. The color difference alone is not enough to visually indicate a focus state. The color difference must meet a 3:1 contrast ratio. Currently it is barely visible at 1.2:1

Remediation Notes

Ensure, meeting the 3:1 minimum contrast ratio from unfocused to focused state.

Better: Do not rely solely on color to indicate the focus state. You can do so by adding visible outline to focused interactive elements.
