Markup uses heading, then a fieldset with legend, and two labels for the two options. While necessary labels are accessible (2.4.6 Headings and Labels) there is a lot of markup that makes it very complex. The current markup, using a screen reader, leads to four announcements of text "Hast du einen Telekom Festnetz- & Internetanschluss?".

Remediation Notes

By moving the headline into the fieldset's <legend>, the announcement count can be limited and text content can be de-duplicated. See e.g. GOV.UK Design System – Radios for an example approach to do this.
