Remediation Notes
Links should usually not use the title attribute.
The title attribute would be useful for additional information to the link that at the same time are not important enough to have before following the link, making situations where it should be used incredibly rare.
Also, as long as a link has text content, the content will overwrite the title (description) in the accessibility tree, even making the title being ignored by assistive technology. (see screenshot)
