Dialog windows can be opened via keyboard navigation. Inside the dialog window, TAB key is properly moving focus to interactive element (close button). ARROW UP / DOWN however do not work to scroll the dialog window content, making the list inaccessible to keyboard-only users. Using ARROW UP / DOWN scrolls the main page content below the dialog window.

Remediation Notes

Ensure keyboard focus moves to opened dialog window and is trapped within the content. Evaluate the use of Dialog HTML element <dialog>.
